Profit in business rates over self ethics, the end justifies the means.

LOVE of MONEY

The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.

It is human nature for greed to overpower ethical considerations, overriding morality. In the competitive corporate world many move up the ladder of power and position by scrambling up someone else’s back.

Life motivated by the profit motive makes for a dog-eat-dog ruthless society. And going after high free trade profits from slave labor goes against a nation’s job protection, security, and the health of its people.

Money is just a medium of exchange. The morality of money comes from the person using it.

The selfish pursuit of riches and pleasure keeps ones faith from maturing. The use of the power of money often rivals an ethical way of life.

Your conscience pings at you from deep within – your inner knowledge of what is right and what is wrong – your discernment.

Maybe it is best to let your built-in ethical code rule you. If you smother its small voice and ignore its needling and insistent pleading - this could wreck you if there is life after your death based on a moral scheme.

You can’t take it with you. Amassing money forges an empty life. Your heirs might gain. But what about you? You won’t gain anything for yourself after your death.

You want a long healthy life for you and your loved ones. What if treating others right as you amass money is the measurement key to living forever?

You read that the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil in
I Timothy 6:10 in the Bible.
