Tell what changes have been made to New Years etc.the 12 YEARLY BIBLE HOLIDAYS
The Catholics and almost all Protestant denominations have dropped the yearly Bible holidays, calling 7 of them strictly Jewish feasts. They claim that when Jesus died on the cross, the need to observe these yearly Bible holidays ceased. The animal sacrifice part of the ceremonial functions and the Levitical priesthood WERE nailed to the cross. But not these yearly Bible holidays. Most church leaders are mistaken. These holidays are still and forever a meaningful part of Bible prophecy. God would have ALL Christians also gain: Most of us today are ignorant of the original reasons and times for celebrating Bible holidays. They have ALL been changed, and now, ALL are counterfeit. Learn here what changes have been made to our holidays, and what their historical roots are. The meanings of ignored or changed original Bible Holidays are keys that help unlock the timing of major future events. The more we study the original Bible Holidays, the more we get a taste of what lies just ahead for mankind. In the thick of these trying times, we can thereby reduce confusion and gain a clearer vision of the future. GOD's NEW YEARS DAYIn late March early April, when there is no moon in the sky, the Bible New Year starts. Until the 1500s, New Years was celebrated in early April before it was changed to January 1st. Then the Catholic Church succeeded in changing New Years to 8 days after the birthday of Nimrod, deciding post-humously to “circumcise the pagan sun god Nimrod into the Catholic faith”, done to a new-born child 8 days after birth. December 25th + 8 days = January 1, this day also the Roman New Years. So, in addition to celebrating New Years at the end of December, why not celebrate a spring Bible New Year? We can admire the new flowers in early April when winter cold of the old year is rung out, and the re-birth of God's nature begins again in early spring, ringing in with warmth and greenery. The French in 1564 started giving anyone who continued to celebrate the New Year in early April a hard time. They harshly ridiculed them, calling them April Fools for picking the earlier time to bring in the New Year on what they called ”April Fool’s Day”. Encyclopedias claim that the origin of April Fools Day is unknown, covering up these facts. RESURRECTION of JESUS (EASTER) WEEK Resurrection (Easter) week reminds us that Jesus died to give each of us a chance to repent, to ask forgiveness for our serious sins (and the little forgotten ones too) and to have them forgiven by Him and that Jesus came back alive from death to give each of us faith and hope about eternal life, a glimpse at resurrecting to live forever with fascinating people from all generations back to Adam and Eve! He endured murder by crucifixion to give us a shot at eternal life. His resurrection gives us assurance that if we live good lives, repent of our sins, and ask for God’s forgiveness of them, that we can be judged worthy of living forever along with any family members and friends who do the same. Not to mention getting to know John the Baptist, Moses, Elijah, David, Daniel, and thousands of other fascinating people who have played a role in advancing God’s plan of salvation! Nowadays, for a week at the beginning of spring, we celebrate Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday. Americans watch eggs being rolled around on the White House lawn. Chocolate bunny rabbits are given out. In Switzerland, Protestants go to church on Good Friday to center thoughts on the crucifixion and burial of Jesus. For Catholics and Protestants all over the world, Easter Sunday is a rare time for the family to dress up and attend church, then enjoy a big lunch together. The Bible in Leviticus 23 presents spring holidays: New Years new moon sabbath, Crucifixion of Jesus, (Resurrection of Jesus not in Old Testament), Entrance/Exit in Ides of April The early Christian Church until 200 AD celebrated for a week at the beginning of spring: The Roman Catholic Church forced the worship of Easter Resurrection to Sunday only. EXODUS/ENTRANCE DAY in the Ides of AprilEXODUS DAY has historic entrances and exits. ENTRANCE DAY falls one week after the first spring full moon. We no longer celebrate at the end of Easter week. Wouldn’t you dance and sing if troops were coming to kill you (you being a just-freed slave), but were drowned in a parted Red Sea that suddenly swirled back to normal? Wouldn’t you celebrate if the walls of Jericho just crumbled like the Berlin Wall so you could leave monotonous desert life and enjoy a lush promised land of milk and honey? ASCENSION DAY40 days after Jesus' Resurrection he amazed onlookers by rising up in the air and out of sight. Angels told the throng he was going to the right hand of God the Father, and one day in the future would return just like he left. Europeans celebrate this holiday and so should others around the world. PENTECOSTHillsides are green. A warm Sunday rolls around in June on an off weekend. Is anybody counting? It is 50 days after Easter Week, 10 days after Jesus’ Ascension. Why should we stop and celebrate PENTECOST, a religious event from long ago? Because this is the anniversary of when our forefathers and mothers long ago were given the Holy Spirit, God’s avenue for you to gain lots of useful knowledge quickly. They also got worthwhile suggestions on how to live abundant happy lives. This direct connection to God keeps one on track and uncovering the whole truth. Plus the ability to express one’s self more powerfully and convincingly to others. So PENTECOST 50 days after Easter Week, is a meaningful Bible holiday, reminding us of the blossoming of the new Christian church. We are to celebrate the reception by early Christian church leaders of the effective power of the Holy Spirit. On PENTECOST we also celebrate the reception by Moses of the 10 Commandments written by the finger of God to remind us of the morality recommended for Christians and Jews. Expand your persuasive powers. Ask the Holy Spirit to increase His beachhead in YOUR heart. WARNING DAY ROSH HASHANAHIn late September early October, when there was no moon in the sky, the fall season starts, and the Jewish faith observes one of the 10 yearly Bible Holy Days, Rosh Hashanah, their New Years celebration. But Rosh Hashanah, and Yom Kippur 10 days later, are Bible holidays for ALL Christians TOO. Don’t let the Jews hog these meaningful days! WARNING DAY ROSH HASHANAH (7th of 10 yearly Bible Holidays) is a warning blast – repent - Judgment Day of Atonement is coming up in just 10 days. Ask for forgiveness of your sins, every last one. Dust them off and get them forgiven. This is a step every Christian and Jew should take to assure eternal life, before all is cut and dried on the final Yom Kippur Judgment. Let’s get God to smile, by studying Rosh Hashanah and the other 3 Bible autumn holidays. We will ALL be judged on how Christian a life we have led. Not just the Jews. So why have we allowed ourselves to be snookered into dropping from our calendar the Judgment Day of Atonement Yom Kippur? Then 5 days later is a full moon crop harvest, Tabernacles Day. Then 8 days later comes the last and 10th yearly Bible holiday, which we can call Thanksgiving Day to celebrate a small segment of mankind gaining eternal life. JUDGMENT DAY OM KIPPURYOM KIPPUR is Judgment Day, a Day of repentance and Atonement (8th of 10). It is a day to soberly “afflict your soul”, to dredge up all the things you have done wrong, and truly be sorry for doing bad things – like lying, cheating, stealing, abusing a family member or business partner, misrepresenting what someone else did, playing around outside of marriage adulterously. If you ask Jesus for complete forgiveness of all the sins you did, then they will be removed from the record. This is a day for contemplation and remorse. Each person is to humbly confess ALL his or her hidden sins with the help of close Christian friends and the Holy Spirit. On the final YOM KIPPUR, life-or-death decisions are made by Jesus based on how you lived your life, either You will be judged – you will either Not just Jews, but EVERYONE. Yom Kippur Judgment Day of Atonement is for ALL Jews, ALL Christians, ALL people. The final Judgment Day is when mercy's door slams shut. This will be a bad day for the disobedient and unrepentant. Destruction is coming to those who rebel and follow their own disastrous ways. God's JUDGMENT will either reward us with eternal life, or relegate us to nothingness, non-existence. Humanity is on this day divided into two camps - those gaining everlasting life, and those who will be reduced to ashes. Jesus, no longer a sacrificial LAMB but now a High PRIEST, will perform as JUDGE on the final Day of JUDGMENT. He will take all the confessed repented sins of the righteous and take them as a scapegoat to confront Satan (Leviticus 16). Thus, these sins are scrubbed out, and are no longer on the record, carried out of the now cleansed sanctuary. So Jesus changes His function TWICE on the final Yom Kippur, when every human, still alive or dead in a tomb or at sea or cremated, will be judged. Jesus changes from High PRIEST to JUDGE to KING, all on the final Yom Kippur Judgment Day. Why not join the Jews and some others who reflect carefully on this special day, since JUDGMENT, according to the Bible, applies to ALL of us? Having an understanding of the scriptures, Bible holidays, and end-time prophecy gives us a map which can help guide us through these perilous times. We ALL will face the Close of Probation and a JUDGMENT that still lies ahead for each of us. We need to be covered with the righteousness of Jesus to be saved. He shed His blood to give us a way out, an escape route from the wages of sin, which is death. The final YOM KIPPUR JUDGMENT DAY will be unique because we are asked to discipline ourselves so that we can humbly receive the ultimate blessing promised to us in the Bible - eternal life! (9th of 10). Jesus was born under a full moon a little over 2,000 years ago. God walked this earth as a perfect human who didn’t sin once. Honor and give glory to Jesus on the real anniversary of His birth. Sure, celebrate the fake Christmas December 25th. Just be aware that Jesus was really born in the fall. Shine on HARVEST full moon! Nimrod, who was in charge of building the Tower of Babel, was born on December 25th. Not Jesus. In the 4th Century, Constantine marched hundreds of thousands of his troops through a shallow river and proclaimed they were baptized into Christians. These were pagans accustomed to celebrating in mid-winter the birthday of their hero Nimrod, a god in their eyes. This new “Christian Majority” got what they wanted. Constantine set Christmas to December 25th to match the pagan blast on Nimrod’s birthday. Would the Romans have asked their subjects to return home and register for their tax census in winter weather? Why was Bethlehem so crowded so Mary and Joseph had to spend the night in a stable? Because of big crowds assembling for Tabernacles Day in the fall? In 6 BC, Augustus declared peace throughout the entire Roman Empire, the PAX ROMANA (AUGUSTA). Pontius Pilate, in his official report to Tiberius regarding the events surrounding the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ, recorded part of the conversation he had with Jesus just before the Passover Feast began in Jerusalem in 27 AD. Pilate warned “Young man, to avoid rebellion and deadly activity, I caution you to go easy on the Pharisees and Judaic High Priest leaders in your teachings to the poor populace.” Jesus answered “I have not come to bring strife, turmoil, and war; but instead peace and love. I was born on the same day that Augustus declared peace throughout the Roman world (October 5th 4 BC). I follow the will of My Father without restraint and despite danger, but not the will and counsel of men in power.” Jesus began his ministry as all Rabbis do at age 30 (5 days short of age 31) and this ran its course over 3 ˝ years. Born on Judgment Day in 6 BC under a 2/3 moon, this would end then on Passover in 27 AD under a full moon. Herod, in power when Jesus was born, died in 1 AD. The calendar we use is off by 6 years. Merry Christmas! Don’t give me or family or friends a gift. Give Jesus the gift of thanks – on His real birthday - for dying as a sinless human on the cross with our past and future sins and then resurrecting to sit on the right hand of God the Father - opening heavens doors so that we might get to live forever! CHRISTMAS, the 1st COMING, could also be aHARVEST at the 2nd ComingJesus said He would come again (Second Coming) to resurrect His millions of righteous and take them to heaven for 1000 years of rest and education, before judgment of the wicked and the beginning of eternal life in a sinless “Garden of Eden” on earth once more. Only God the Father knows the date of His Son’s Second Coming. This is an exciting future event that is wonderful to think about. It is a key day in God’s salvation plan. Though it hasn’t happened yet, we can celebrate the 2nd Coming every year, even though we don’t know the exact date. How about celebrating these COMINGs a day after JUDGMENT DAY? This fall 2/3rd HARVEST moon is probably the real CHRISTMAS, the 1st Coming of Christ. And, on this Bible holiday anniversary we can also joyfully contemplate both the 1st and 2nd Coming of Christ. CHRISTMAS, and at the end a HARVEST of righteous resurrected souls. MARRIAGE SUPPERMARRIAGE SUPPER is the final 10th Bible holiday each year. Only God knows when there will be a MARRIAGE SUPPER for those who have just gained eternal life. But we can still celebrate, even if on the wrong day, this joyous future event at the end of the Week of Tabernacles. Live a Christian life and thereby have a chance to gain a mansion, gain a halo, gain the ability to live forever in the company of righteous families, friends, and interesting people from all ages all the way back to Adam and Eve! Farmer Jesus will cut the crop, rejecting the chaff, then take His big fall HARVEST of saved souls on an 8 day trip to a MARRIAGE SUPPER, a welcoming banquet at the sea of glass. Lots of happy people will give THANKS not just for plentiful food, but also for the GIVING of eternal life, the ultimate reward for their Christian living! The marvelous plan of redemption set up by our Creator from the beginning would be more indelibly impressed upon us if we study and observe the 12 annual Bible holidays.
