What about the wars that governments are waging against terrorists, drugs, cancer, AIDS, crime, fires, TV violence, political scandals, famines, floods? Undeclared wars rage in the Gaza Strip, Columbia, Zimbabwe, Iraq, Ethiopia, Sudan, Bosnia, Philippines, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Kashmir. Are the politicians winning? It seems not.

Dramatic improvements could occur though, in the next year or so, maybe even as soon as this fall, but ONLY if Christ returns.

Bible holidays hold prophetic keys. These help us unlock WHEN future events might occur. But to cloud things over, holidays during the past centuries have been changed around - which is the theme of this pamphlet PROPHETIC HOLIDAYS Fog will roll away, and God's PLAN of SALVATION will be clarified if you study the 8 special yearly holidays spelled out in the Bible.

It's fine to celebrate on our popular holidays, just as long as we realize what changes have been made, and what the hidden roots are. Most of today's church leaders and Pastors are not aware of what has gradually taken place - a counterfeiting of our holidays, and as a result, a fogging over of God's REST PLAN.

For example, Constantine let demanding new previously pagan members of the Christian church have their popular holidays in the drab winter months, Christmas and New Years. Christmas in late December celebrates the wrong birthday. Jesus was NOT born on Nimrod's or the SUN's birthday, but back in the fall. Jesus probably entered this world on a full moon, Tabernacles Day, the real CHRISTMAS!

The final Judgment Day hasn’t occurred yet. The 2nd Coming hasn’t happened yet. Nor have we eaten a THANKSGIVING Marriage Supper of the Lamb (Rev.19) within the gates of heaven, attended by those who will live forever. After a millenium of REST, the 2nd COMING, the 2nd DEATH White Throne Judgment of the wicked, or FINAL ENTRANCE DAY in a pure new Garden of Eden for an eternity, these events have not taken place either. Why nail them to the cross as already fulfilled?

One of God’s 10 annual holidays (the 4th of 10, EXODUSes and ENTRANCEs) is now missing.
It would delight and enlighten us if we were to add it again to our holiday calendar. The other 9 are existing holidays we have been unknowingly celebrating at changed times.

CHRISTMAS should be in the fall on Tabernacle Day, RESURRECTION EASTER 3 days after the 1st spring full moon with ASCENSION DAY coming 40 days and PENTECOST 50 days after the following weekly Sabbath, THANKSGIVING a month earlier. Also we should celebrate these Bible holidays with the Jews, not letting them monopolize the 7th (ROSH HASHANAH) & 8th (YOM KIPPUR Judgment) Yearly Bible Holy Days.

          EXODUSes  and  ENTRANCEs  DAY

The first 3 holidays in the spring are to get us to think about Jesus’ crucifixion murder, resurrection, and protection.

Why not add the 4th one back in a Bible-recommended celebration of a key day? By adding a forgotten Bible holiday to the ones we now celebrate, we can get more enjoyment and blessings each year. We are calling it EXODUSes and ENTRANCEs DAY.

After crossing the Red Sea in dramatic fashion, on the 3rd Yearly Sabbath EXODUSes and ENTRANCEs DAY, Moses, Miriam, and the others of Israel joyously sang the song of Moses (Exodus 15) on the desert’s edge. One is to think about being ”born again” so as to gain freedom from sin.

Before Christ walked the earth, God's people were asked symbolically to wave a handful of barley, a few spring crop first-fruits, representing the marvelous future resurrection of Jesus and several dozen others.

Our New Year celebration should be back when there is no MOON in the sky in the spring, 18 days before Resurrection Easter! Just 2 weeks after we were created probably in early April (no moon), there was a tragic EXIT.

Eve and Adam were inspired by Satan to open the world to sin for 6,000 years, 6 milleniums, because they were tempted to gain the knowledge of good and evil. This foreshadowed the later event when Jesus the Lamb of God was slain, just like the lamb providing clothes to cover Adam and Eve. After this act of direct disobedience, the two first humans were forced by God to EXODUS the Garden of Eden.

During this special spring holiday week, God offers protection to His loyal followers, and death to enemies that threaten His people.
The EXODUS from Egypt happened between these spring feast days. This was when the oldest child in each family in Egypt was being killed by the last of 10 plagues, while those in God’s camp were spared. These 10 plagues "passed over" homes with blood painted on the front door, and hit only those involved with false worship (this is a foreshadowing of the plagues during the last few end days that John in his Book of Revelation says will occur during God’s vengeance against only the wicked).

Then, at the end of the EXODUS week, God’s freed people crossed the Red Sea in dramatic fashion. ”The Egyptians pursued, and went after them into the midst of the sea, all Pharoah's horses, chariots, horsemen. The waters returned and covered them all, and there remained not so much as one. The Lord saved Israel that day, Israel saw that great work, the people feared the Lord, believing the Lord and Moses".

The final future spring sabbath will be a triumphant ENTRANCE. After the 7th rest millenium, Satan will be freed for a week to lead an evil army against New Jerusalem, a fabulously wealthy city that will land like a huge pyramid helicopter on earth, the 3rd Coming of Jesus, along with millions of His followers who will live forever.

The Battle of Armageddon will end in a judgment of Satan and his wicked followers, doomed to go to ashes and non-existence for their sinful and unrepentant ways.

Then King Jesus can lead the righteous from all ages out through the gates of the city in a glorious ENTRANCE into a once-more perfect earth, a Garden of Eden again. This will be the beginning of eternal life for all those that God says deserve it, long lives full of joy and companionship with greats from every age!!

                        P E N T E C O S T

There are two smaller harvests(of souls), one in the spring, and PENTECOST in the summer. Then, in the fall, there is a large HARVEST.

John the Baptist baptized Jesus on a PENTECOST, which means 50 in Greek. This is a special summer holiday to remember the reception by the Christian church leaders of the Holy Spirit power, and also the written reception of the 10 Commandments, a reminder of God’s character.

40 days after His Resurrection, Jesus departed from earth (which Europeans observe as a holiday). Then 10 days later the new Christian church leaders gathered together in Jerusalem in unity, and then they received the power of the Holy Spirit.

ROSH  HASHANAH is a warning trumpet blast – repent - the Judgment Day of Atonement is a little over a week off. Ask for forgiveness of your sins, every last one. Dredge them all up and get them forgiven. This is a step every Christian and Jew should take in helping assure eternal life before the final Judgment Day (YOM KIPPUR), Day of AtOneMent with God.

ROSH HASHANAH is observed at the beginning of the Jewish civil New Year in early October, their basis for beginning contracts and their work calendar. This 7th Yearly Bible holiday ROSH HASHANAH warns that JUDGMENT is near, coming 10 days before YOM KIPPUR Judgment Day.

             the  FINAL 10  DAYS  of  GREAT  TRIBULATION

Going by the Bible prophecy found in Daniel, Joel, Matthew, and Revelation etc. the 10 days leading up to the final YOM KIPPUR Judgment Day would have to be much much worse than we experienced in 2006.

During these ten treacherous final days, many of those to be saved, the "called-out", could be cruelly persecuted. Many might be imprisoned and even martyred. So the final ten days are prophecied to be a time of great tribulation and distress (see Revelation 2:10 ,7:14 and 14:13-20). Many could go through heart-wrenching trials.

                  JUDGMENT   the   DAY  of   ATONEMENT

This is a day to afflict your soul, to fast, to dredge up your forgotten sins. Gain at-one-ment with God. Ask that your sins be forgiven and put on the head of satan (a scape-goat until the final YOM KIPPUR (Day of JUDGMENT). Then these sins will be carried away and wiped clean from the records of the righteous.

A trumpet blast heralded the crowning and coronation of King Solomon, pre-picturing Christ (I Kings 1:39,40).

On the final Day of Atonement, we ALL will face the close of probation and a JUDGMENT that still lies ahead for each of us. We need to be covered with the righteousness of Jesus to be saved. He shed His blood to give us a way out, an escape route from the wages of sin, which is death.

According to the sanctuary service, Jesus removes His High Priest robes, judges humanity, and then puts on His robes of King of Kings and Lord of Lords and comes out of the heavenly sanctuary. 7 angels then pour out vial plagues (Rev.15:1,6-8,Rev.16) for 5 rugged days.

The final 3 ½ days (Rev.11:9-13) of this 5 day span when God's great plagues of His wrath (Rev.16) are poured out could be when the two witnesses in the spirit of Moses and Elijah are crushed, but after 3 ½ days resurrect with the rest of the righteous at the 2nd Coming of Jesus.

       Beginning  the  Week  of    C H R I S T M A S   H A R V E S T

The CHRISTMAS HARVEST of ingathered crops(souls)(Exodus 34:22), the Feast of Tabernacles, follows the fall storage of tree fruits, grapes from vines, and olives for oil, just before the beginning of the rainy and winter season.

These last two annual Holy Rest Days, the 9th and 10th, begin and end the Feast of the Week of Tabernacles, a CHRISTMAS HARVEST celebration ending with a THANKSGIVING dinner.

A beautiful full fall HARVEST MOON (shine on!) represents the full righteousness of our Messiah. Two visits to earth. He walked it as a perfect human. And it is a thrilling thought that Jesus might return, perhaps on a full MOON, though we can't know for sure which one, or if it will be full, since only the Father knows the exact return time (Matthew 24:26). This is an arbitrarily picked day to celebrate an event we can joyously think about though not sure when it will occur. 

         the  BIRTH  of  JESUS  SHOULD  BE  CELEBRATED  ON  TABERNACLE  DAY

Jesus might have been born, His 1st Coming, entering the world with a full MOON in the sky, and might return in His 2nd Coming as a King with majestic glory when there is a full MOON in the sky! Perhaps the same anniversary for both the 1st and 2nd Coming!

                            T H A N K S G I V I N G

This week in October we are to recall that after the Exodus from Egypt, over a million of God’s chosen people traveled for 40 years in a tent caravan, following Jesus toward the promised land.

How exciting if a heavenly THANKSGIVING occurs on a final 10th Yearly Sabbath, the overcomers having made it to heaven and having gained eternal life, to live in friendship and comraderie with other faithful followers from all ages!

According to Zechariah 14:16, if we overcome and gain eternal life, there will be an annual observance of this CHRISTMAS HARVEST Tabernacle Week and THANKSGIVING forever. The final verses of the last chapter of Isaiah 66 tell us all the saved will come to worship God on His sabbath holidays forever. We might as well celebrate them now!

         EVERY  7th  YEAR  SHOULD  BE a SABBATICAL  YEAR  REST  for  the  SOIL

A sabbatical or REST year every seventh year for the soil is part of a fabric of weekly, monthly, 7 times a year, 7th year, 7X7 year, and 7th millenium rests for relaxation, celebration, and contemplation. All these sabbath RESTs are tightly LINKED in God’s REST plan.


                   J U B I L E E   Y E A R


In Leviticus 23 and 25 we learn about the Sabbatical Years (every 7th year) and the Jubilee Year (every 7x7th year) cycles. 7 Sabbatical year cycles make up the 49 year Jubilee cycle. From the beginning of one Jubilee year to the beginning of the next Jubilee, 49 years go by.

The anointed of God are to stand before the world and proclaim the acceptable Jubilee Year of the Lord, and the Day of JUDGMENT of God's vengeance. The YOM KIPPUR Judgment trumpet sounds to begin a Jubilee Year.

On this final JUDGMENT close of probation the sins of the righteous are finally put by Jesus rather than a High Priest on the head of Satan rather than a symbolic scapegoat! Christ, on the final Day of Atonement, will change garbs from Priest to Judge to King!

It is our faith and hope that Christ will return as King at the sound of a trumpet, perhaps on a full MOON just 5 days after the final JUDGMENT Day of Atonement, starting what could be the ultimate Jubilee Year, fulfilling the ultimate and mightiest Jubilee Year of gladness, healing, and peace!

Then begins the Week of HARVESTed Saints travel, to ”storage in God’s barn” in heaven, when total freedom might finally be GAINED forever starting with a joyous THANKSGIVING welcome-aboard dinner!

GAINED by whom? By those trying to follow a godly life. By those who through repentance and God’s forgiveness escape bondage to tempting gods such as smoking, alcohol, appetite for sweets and meats, gambling, thrilling entertainment, sex with other than one chosen partner, working beyond 8 hours a day. Or those who overcome a very common obsession - a ravenous craving to make a ton of money.

It could be that we are living in an extraordinary decade, and could be alive to see the end of 6,000 years of sin that is finally running its course, and with enthusiasm witness the beginning of a new sinless way of life that will last forever!

The four fall sabbaths have not had final major fulfillments yet. Maybe the timing of God’s plan of salvation is somehow nestled in the spacing of these yearly Bible holidays! Events they represent could happen very soon.

But we do not know, only God the Father does, when Christ will return. If we diligently search, maybe the timing of God’s plan of salvation IS nestled in the spacing of these Yearly Sabbaths! The Book of Daniel says many end day mysteries will be revealed to certain of us.


          E V E R Y   1,000   YEARS  a   N E W   M I L L E N I U M

Bible believers can suspect we are coming up to the bitter end of six milleniums of sinful living here on earth, 4,000 B.C. plus 2,000 A.D. = 6,000 years. Creation science tells us we have only been around for 6,000 years. If so, then God created everything about 4,000 BC. Could a seventh 1,000 years of rest begin in just a few years? It is the year 2007.

7 is a significant Bible number. We go for 6 days and REST for 1 day. Maybe we will also go for 6 sinful milleniums and REST for 1 millenium. Many believe we are coming to the end of 6 milleniums of human struggles. 7 is a Bible number of completion. The 7th millenium could be a 1,000 year REST.

Many Christians concentrate on JUST Jesus the passive Lamb. This is the ‘turn-the-other-cheek’ love sinners ‘love-your-enemy’ aspect and function of God’s personality.

JESUS should be the center of our life. BUT, we should not forget that God has 6 other sides, some very tough, a total of 7, the Bible number of completion: 

1. God's FIRST function was to set up a TRINITY - FATHER, Jesus the only begotten SON to deal with humankind, and the HOLY SPIRIT to help with it’s truth-seeking power, which Jesus when He ascended made sure the new church leaders received on Pentecost.
2. His SECOND function was as CREATOR. Jesus created the heavens and the earth and every living entity on land and in the seas. Look at the colorful fish and birds, the miracle of our human body, the beauty of our eyes, our lips.
3. His THIRD function, Jesus came as a cloud of fire inside a sanctuary, an UNSEEN theocratic LEADER on earth using a rod of iron. Jesus was UNSEEN LEADER through most of the Old Testament. These were destructive years as His people, brought out of Egypt across the Red Sea into the desert for 40 years, were then led into the promised land led by Joshua. Many were killed who backslid out of the camp of Jesus, turning against His subordinate leaders.
4. God's FOURTH function was for Jesus to walk the earth as a sinless human, whose parents were Mary and the HOLY SPIRIT, to save sinners and to destroy the works of the devil, as a ‘sacrificial LAMB’.
5. His FIFTH function is Jesus as High PRIEST, the only one in the Order of Melchisidec. Jesus is now the only intercessor between us and God the Father, there are no others (no Pope, no Priest).
6. His SIXTH function will be as JUDGE. Jesus will judge each one life according to what is in our hearts, and we will not be able to hide anything from Him.
   The final Day of Atonement is when all His JUDGMENTS for everybody will be set in concrete. He completes His separation of "wheat", or righteous, from "chaff", those to be burned to ashes. At a WHITE THRONE JUDGMENT 1,000 years after the judgment of the righteous, sinners, after seeing their life’s mistakes, will not exist any more.
7. God's SEVENTH function will be to return triumphantly as KING of Kings. Jesus will be KING of a sinless earth once more for an eternity.

So God has tough sides. As Theocratic UNSEEN LEADER in the desert, He demanded obedience or else. As JUDGE He will decide those who will become ashes under the feet of His righteous followers.

As KING He will watch as sinners and the devil, everyone not written in the Book of Life, are thrown into the Lake of Fire to burn up, no longer to exist.

The God of the Old Testament is the same as the God of the New Testament. He does not change. One-fourth of the New Testament is Old Testament almost verbatim.

Jesus was a part of God from the very beginning before creation.


We should not ignore any of His 7 functions:

1. The FATHER/SON JESUS/HOLY SPIRIT parts of the TRINITY
2. CREATOR
3. UNSEEN LEADER
4. LAMB
5. PRIEST (replaced by the HOLY SPIRIT on earth)
6. JUDGE
7. KING
